About the Z-Pool-Tool-Team
Administration and technical support – the Z-Pool-Tool Team
The Z-Pool tool is administered by the Digital Society Initiative (DSI) at the University of Zurich, which has many years of experience in managing interfaculty projects.
Technical support is provided by the IT team at the Department of Economics, which has over twenty years of experience in operating the predecessor tools of the Z-Pool tool.
Steering Committee Z-Pool-Tool
The Steering Committee is the highest body of the Z-Pool Tool (ZPT) and has strategic and organisational responsibility. Its key tasks include:
- Approving the annual budget and annual report for submission to the DSI
- Appointing the ZPT management and setting strategic goals
- Planning long-term infrastructure and deciding on investments
- Setting terms and conditions, pricing, and admission criteria
- Deciding on usage rights, technical enhancements, and further developments
