What are the fees for using the Z-Pool Tools?

The use of Z-Pool Tool services and support is subject to a fee for all pool operators in accordance with the price list to cover personnel costs, maintenance of the ZPT software platform, and provision of ZPT services.

A distinction is made between a general fee for general services and an hourly rate for ZPT services that fall outside this service package.

The costs for operating a pool on the Z-Pool Tool vary depending on the size of the pool.

The use of the ZPT is billed annually. Separate services, in particular the adaptation of the ZPT software platform to special requests, are invoiced separately. 

The ZPT must be operated on a cost-covering basis and may not be operated for profit. The ZPT Steering Committee has the right to adjust (i.e., increase or decrease) the usage fees in order to achieve these goals.

Pool operators have the right to charge fees to pool users for their own pools.
